Benevole "Torch" Dolbeau was a minor contender in Gade's heat of the first Khayr-ad Din Dueling League Tournament. She nearly burned to death twice in the cockpit of her first Flammjager, "Barbie." Since losing her gear in the tournament, she has joined the Caravan and has been rolling with them since the Lance Point Gear Racing Rally. Though Torch is not particularly popular among the Caravan crew - she is quite unstable - she is a competent gear pilot and a decent duelist.
Though this Jager has been fitted with flame-resistant cloth, the Firemoth-16 flamer is only carried with the explicit consent of either Kain Delacroix or Kelly Lebeau.

Two things:
1. You forgot the Hostile Environment Protection: Desert as well as Easy to Modify perks.
2. The way I run movement defensive modifiers in this game is that each movement mode and speed gives a specific bonus or penalty. It is very important to have those modifiers listed next to the movement points of each given movement mode and speed. This is time saving and better-incorporates movement as a tactic and modifier in our game.
