Koreshi Chronicles - Chapter VII: Emerging

In the empty plains two men were near a campfire at sunset.

“I thought I was dead.“ The first one said.

“I’ve met you when you thought you were dead. This is different” said the man sitting.

“So here we are again. How did you find me?” The younger one wondered.

“I didn’t. Remember? You found me.” Corrected the second man.

“I’ll take your word for it. Why are you here?” The man lying down asked smiling.

“To help you answer that very question.” Said the older man with a wink.

“Its good to see you old friend” The first man said at last.

They shared a meal under the stars.
